Shipping and Return Policy

All custom and engraved orders will be sent to purchaser for approval before items are engraved, Customers may enter custom text while adding item to cart or you can email graphics and or text to info@gremidesigns.com.

 

Once digital mock-up has been approved by purchaser, item will be created. There are no refunds on finished products. Items damaged during shipping, will be re-created after claim is submitted to carrier by Gremi Designs.
